I will be subbing for Caroline Walthall at Vinyl Yoga this Friday from 9-10.  Vinyl Yoga is amazingly awesome - held in a music school (Bird Music School), it's Yoga set to a vinyl record.  For this Friday's guest appearance, I've chosen "Give Up" by The Postal Service.  I love this record as a metaphor for letting go of what happens on the mat.  Come let go with me!
