Come take a Vinyasa/Power class with me at Planet Granite!  Planet Granite is a rock climbing gym, located in the Presidio.  I'll be teaching the 6:00 PM Power class for 60 minutes, and the 7:00 Vinyasa class for 75 minutes, as a substitute for Heather Charmatz.  There's definitely going to be some sweating!
