YOGA INSTRUCTOR

Darren Main, in his book Yoga and the Path of the Urban Mystic, coined the term to mean those who join a rewarding urban life with a fulfilling spiritual path.  I've always tried to follow that example.

I currently teach at Left Coast Power Yoga once a week, Sundays at 8:15 AM.
